Commissioned by Deveron Projects for The White Wood, Huntly

The White Wood by Caroline Wendling is a plantation of 49 oaks germinated from acorns collected from Joseph Beuys’ 7000 Oaks in Kassel, Germany. Mary developed a marker/sign and seat/table in consultation with Deveron Projects, both intended to reflect attention back out to the surrounding woodland, rather than be foci in their own right.
